All Santa Luzia mortars are produced based on Portland cement, selected sand with controlled particle size, and special additives.

We comply with NBR 13281, NBR 13279, NBR 13280, NBR 13279, NBR 15259, NBR 13278, NBR 13277, NBR 15258, and NBR 13278 standards.

We have our own laboratory at the factory for quality control of raw materials and systematic evaluation of mortar behavior, in both flexible and sturdy states, through tests such as:

• Compressive Strength
• Consistency Index – flow table
• Water Retention
• Air Content
• Volume Shrinkage
• Water Absorption by Capillarity
• Bond Strength by Pull-off Test
