Low Permeability

This concrete has a limited water-cement ratio (equal to or less than 0.50). It’s proportioned with an appropriate cement type, such as blast furnace slag or pozzolanic Portland cement. The goal of this mix is to achieve low permeability concrete, using selected additives and aggregates. This concrete can achieve strengths of up to 40.0 MPa.

APPLICATIONS

• Concrete exposed to aggressive environments
• Reservoirs
• Swimming pools
• Hydraulic structures
• Water and sewage treatment plants
• Dams

ADVANTAGES

• Extended lifespan of structures
• Reduced maintenance costs
